I just change server name to [server/org] and it works OK. For some reason server name was set to [server].
Just a detail:
I couldn't change the names.nsf using Lotus Notes as it says "cannot write or create file file or disk is read-only".
In order to do this I had to make a copy of names.nsf in another location (operative system copy) and change the server name in that location using lotus notes, then replace the original names with this one and it worked OK for me.
The key for me was the error message:
"The Server Name in ID file [server/org], does not match any Server found in the Domino Directory in the ($Locations) view"
I just open the ($Locations) view and notice that the server name item (the first column) was what the server was looking for.
